Which snack is filling & easy to digest?
I see many snacks take longer time to digest.
Suppose i eat lunch, it takes 5hrs to digest and i am hungry again. I cannot have dinner directly. So i try to eat snacks but some snacks takes around 4hrs to digest properly.
Snacks: murukku, bread, corn etc.
My hunger timetable to digest food:
Breakfast: 4hrs
Lunch: 5hrs
Snacks: 3hrs to 4hrs
Dinner: after snacks digested
Note:
This question is not for diet point of view. Just need a correct snack.
Also, eating fruits is only increasing hunger.
Your suggestions please.
Snacks are something which can be taken in small quantity and fill the tummy for a short period of time. But most of our clients have heavy snacks the reason they skip there lunch. Always have a light snack like Murmura Rajgeera Makhana Peanuts Chanana ,boiled corns .
