Hi Egg yolk is high in cholesterol..it can increase weight in the form of fat, if consumed in more quantities..than required.. moderation is good. Chicken is good should be taken twice a week and is a healthy fat...it doesn't increase weight... moderation is good.. Fish is good fats again but not all fish .. Certain wild or sea fish varieties like salmon , macarel, tuna, herrings, sardines are all good ...and doesn't cause you any weight gain..if taken/ cobsumed in limited quantities.. But other varieties may cause weight gain.. Prawns can account for weight gain..if consumed often.. Eating egg yolks will increase fat thus leading to weight gain and even red meats also increase fat and lead to overweight..issues.. Thankyou

Hi The weight gain is completely related to the food you take in ,in a balanced way . Balanced diet and proper exercise will lead you to weight gain . The qurie which you have asked for particular food for weight gain is whole egg and fatty mutton. But if taken in a lager quantity will.have side effects on the health.

Hi, Meat, Fish, Poultry are all protein rich foods. Weight gain is experienced with the right combination of carbohydrate and protein rich foods with essential fats added. Weight is a sum total of Bone, Water, Muscle and fat. You need to gain muscle to get healthy Have a well balanced diet. Eat 6-8 meals a day. Have carbohydrate and protein rich food combinations like Banana or Mango milkshake, Mix nuts and dryfruit chikkis, Soya or paneer veg rolls etc. Include high biological value proteins which are very well absorbed like- Milk, curd, Paneer, Meat, Fish, Eggs etc .Include essential fats like Almonds, walnut , flaxseeds etc. Eat on waking up and do have a bed time meal like milk and light snack. Do not fast or overeat as this will not help.
