Cholesterol is not present in any of the plant products. In the list you have given here, only paneer has cholesterol in it. However, it is not just the cholesterol in the food that you eat, that causes your blood cholesterol to increase. Your
liver also can and will make some cholesterol inside your body. That’s why even people of vegan diet where they don’t eat any animal related products also will have blood cholesterol. To answer the second part of your question, how much of each of those can be eaten everyday, that depends on what else do you eat on a daily basis, in what form do you eat those foods- like fried or steamed or just cooked etc., how much physical activity do you have, etc. Generally, you can safely eat about 70-100 grams of paneer a day. Potatoes are high in starch, so probably limit eating them to once or twice a week, and around 50-70 grams per serving. Rest of the stuff like cauliflower and mushrooms don’t carry much of calories or fat also, so you can have as much as you want, but make sure they are not deep fried or too much oil is used to cook them.
