My son, age 2 years , weight 11.3 Kg facing too much hard stool problem and constipation problem. Which milk to be given to him in this case??

Milk doesnt have any positive effect ... prefer to give in curd form. & restrict milkproduct to 750ml... prefer to give home made solid food..which contain high fiber like peas & beans.. carrot or beetroot juice unfiltered(grind add water & give with added swwetner). & also fruits
