My father and mother of age 70 and 56 both are suffering from dry cough from some days ,here weather is extremely cold that's y, consulted a doctor he prescribed me Azithromycin 500 and another doctor prescribed taxim o as antibiotic for cough both have bp and diabetic isssue which medicine is good pls suggest and safe
