I have tested sgpt 20 day ago then it come 74
So I go for ultrasound then report say uniform course in liver
Now after 20 day I repeat ultrasound then it comes normal and sgpt is also 29
So which report is trusty ???

Both the reports may be correct on the day of the investigation as the value of serum enzymes changes with physical condition. Anyways a single enzyme fluctuations usually do not advocate for drug therapy.
