5ml of nuclav drops is 400mg. 100mg/kg of amoxyclav shouldn't cause any serious effects. Dose more than 250mg/kg is usually toxic. Nevertheless, consult a pediatrician if baby develops vomitings, diarrhea, drowsiness, irritability, decreased urine output of yellowish discoloration of eyes or skin. Overdosage doesn't cause autism.
