There is no ideal weight. Babies double birth weight at 5-6 months and triple by one year of age.
So your child is on track.
You should calculate for the corrected age of the cold. Don't compare with others

Hi,your child should double the birth weight by 6 months and triple by one year and quardple by 2 years.You should keep a track on your baby's growth.As of now it is ok.
