I had visited my physiotherapist last Thu, 13th Jan, 9:30 am. Yesterday night, Sun, 16th Jan, she informed me that she has tested positive for COVID. On Friday, 14th Jan she had temperature when there was no visit with her. I have no symptoms at this time. Should I get tested and when? If/When I do get tested, should it be RT-PCR or RAT?

You should get tested 3-5 days after you think you have been exposed. Get the RTPCR test done as it is more reliable among the two. Keep yourself isolated and take precautionary measures.
