Early morning (7 am) and evening (around 5 pm) is the best suitable timing for taking sutshekhar ras. It's adjuvant changes according to the symptoms. If you have acidity with burning sensation and headache, then take it with warm milk and raw sugar.

Before meals is best as your doctor suggested. Morning before breakfast and night before dinner.

Breakfast and dinner time will be preferred by me. Make sure breakfast is healthy . Single tablet takes more time to cure it. I will suggest  complete treatment
