I had abortion on Aug 8th. It was done under doctor supervision by taking pills. It was done in 5th week of pregnancy. Post this I am feeling emotionally low and planning to try to conceive again after 3 months abortion on November month. So from when I have to start folic acid supplements considering I will try for pregnancy from November mid? Is it mandatory to take folic acid before getting pregnant ? Because during my first child I had started taking folic acid post pregnancy confirmation. Please suggest. Thanks.
