How many days of ovulation does periods come. I am suffering with PCOD and taking metformin since one month

If it is 30days then on 16th day ovulation occurs and if it is 28days cycle then on 14th day ovulation occurs.. Life style modifications is the best treatment for pcod

If you are getting periods without getting hormones trigger then you will get your periods about 14-15 days after the date of ovulation.

In a 30 day cycle Approximately 16 days after The only treatment of pcod is to exercise n maintain a healthy bmi And a delay of more than 7 days needs to be treated
