Hi, It might be due to fissure in and. U need to be examine  by surgeon and accordingly u will be advise treatment.Till that time avoid constipation have plenty of oral liquids, high fiber diet.

Well there might be small fissure in ano .. u need to undergo proper examination by surgeon and further medication and diet changes .. will happy to help in case u want to consult in noida/ greater noida

This may ne because of poles or fissure. If constipation is there it needs to be treated accordingly.
