I was on birth control pills till November. Since then we are trying but not get result. No any previous diseases. Wt 80 kg, ht 5.5" Any test recommended ,any advice. Thanku

You have to maintain BMI, daily exercise or walk for 50 minutes average, healthy diet, If one can try for atleast 6 months without protection then chances can increase. You shall consult too for proper guidance at nearest Gynecologist
