Gall bladder juices are meant for digestion of visible and invisible fats of your meal. That's means you don't have these digestive jiuces to digest fats. So avoid the following:
Fats in any form like oils ,butter ,cream, ghee margarine,heavy gravies,full cream milk, fried outside food ,khoya sweets etc. Avoid overeating also.
Try to take fresh coconut or freshly cold compressed coconut oil with your meals as it doesn't require digestion, it gets absorbed directly ,hence it will be helping your body to absorb fat soluble vitamins with it .
