What time should I take Letror,Duphaston

I am married for 5 yrs and we are trying for pregnancy. I am taking Letror 2.5mg (day 3-day 7 from periods) and Duphaston (Day16×10 from periods). So I take these two tablets after dinner. Is that the correct time ?
