I am on warfarin medicine due to replacement of aortic valve (mechanical) please tell me what should be taken precaution in case of injury

You should take the medication in the same time each day. Also do stick to a particular diet plan avoiding a sudden excessive green leafy vegetable consumption. That however does not mean that you stop taking it altogether. Also do remember to do the pt/int test weekly initially to have your dose titrated. You should also consult a Hematologist in case the inr values shoot high. Regards,
