Hello Dr  I have stomach discomfort in left upper abdominal which goes more discomfort after eating. Did altrasound, fibroscan 4 month back it was normal then doctor says I have gluten allergies so I completely avoided wheat Roti and others things but I didn't get any relief then did endoscopy and it was also clear . Now again I did below cbc and pancreatic blood test pancreatic and LFT  blood test is normal . My 2 days back CBC report says TLC - 4020 Neutrophils- 33.5 Lymphocytes - 50.2 Monocytes- 11.9 Platelets-89K RBC - 4.89 Hemoglobin- 14.8 I have many warts ( papilloma) in my neck and armpit since many years. Pls not since year my cbc report always show Neutrophils little low lymphocytes little increase and platelets always shows between 1.20 lacs to 1.35 lacs and this time showing 89k as above mentioned. Kindly suggest  ..
