What is this tiny bump on my face ?

I'm having this tiny bump on my face for last 8 months. Initially I thought it was an acne and applied cream on it but it still remains there. The bump is so soft to touch, feels like a ball and also painless. Kindly help

You didn't mention what cream you used. It's not acne. They should be treated with specific creams. Or it should be removed.
