Hello ! Thank you for serving for the nation! This seems to be pericoronal flap which needs to be examined and the tooth should be extracted and for now if you’re unable to go the dentist and have pain and swelling kindly do this few things i’m going to list below but it definitely needs proper treatment as it can happen again after few days or a month
Next Steps
Do maintain proper oral hygiene Brush with ultra soft bristles toothbrush twice daily Use warm saline water thrice daily For pain 1. Tab. Zerodol sp - 1 tab after meal twice daily for 2 days Or 2. Tab. Ketorol DT - 1 tab after meal twice daily for days With 3.Cap. Chymoral forte - 1 tab after mean twice daily for 5 days
Health Tips
Either you can take zerodol sp ( it will help with pain and swelling both ) Or You can take ketorol dt ( for pain) And chymoral forte ( for inflammation) as per whatever is available there in the pharmacy ! I hope it will give you relief for few days ! Take care

Hello sir.. This is pericoronitis/wisdom tooth related gum swelling.. Here's a safe home care routine you can follow until you're able to see a dentist.. Dissolve 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a glass of warm water Rinse gently for 30-60 sec.,,3 times a day Brush your teeth as usual but be gentle around the swollen area Use soft bristled toothbrush Apply an ice pack or cold cloth to outside of ur cheek This helps reduce swelling and numbs pain
Next Steps
eat soft and non spicy food drink plenty of water if you have paracetamol available you can take it for pain.
Health Tips
but it's only a temporary solution..the definitive treatment is either gum flap removal or extraction of wisdom teeth, depending on x-ray..

The gum has covered the last tooth . So there is food impaction leading to infection and pain. The pain may also be due to tilted last molar which is exerting pressure on second last teeth. So you need at least once to visit a dentist ..he vl take an xray and make you understand and will plan the treatment accordingly.Meanwhile you can rinse your mouth twice daily with warm water and pinched of salt mixed in it.Try looking for dentist within your camp or nearby . There are dentist in army also.

Hi, From the picture, it looks like you have a gum inflammation over the wisdom tooth area. In a glass of warm water, mix 1/2 tea spoon salt and gargle gently for about 15 to 30 seconds, 3-5 times a day till you can visit a dentist.

Thank you for services. We are foverver indebted to you. From the image you have shared it looks a wisdom tooth(3rd molar) problem. The gum around the wisdom tooth is swollen and probably coming in between your upper & lower teeth while chewing/ biting. That wisdom tooth needs extraction (removal).
Next Steps
Take a full mouth X-ray and consult an Oral Surgeon for removal of the tooth.
Health Tips
Rinse your mouth with warm water with a pinch of salt in it or betadine mouth wash for time being. This is only for temporary care. Removal of the tooth is the most likely final solution.
