Nothing to worry about it  It's an erupting wisdom tooth. Go for an OPG or x ray to see it properly. Consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options. Warm saline water rinses two to three times a day.

Hello. The tooth is a partially erupted/ erupting 3rd molar. The wisdom tooth erupts by the age of 18-21 years. At times, where there is not enough space available in the oral cavity, the tooth is not able to completely erupt and remains partially or completely impacted. In such cases, the tooth needs to be extracted/removed. An impacted 3rd molar causes complications like cavity in the adjacent tooth, pericoronitis, radiating pain to the head, ear, cheeks, neck, throat. You may require an OPG (full mouth x-ray) to know the condition of the tooth erupting.
