My elder cousin is having a huge body, he is too over weight. He has a flabby stomach. And now his chest also is growing like in females. Its very awkward like this. Doctors describes this as gynecomastia. He is 38 year old. What is the treatment of this in Ayurveda?

If Gynecomastia is confirmed then vajikarana kind of treatment may increase his testosterone levels in him. In Some obese people fat deposits over chest is common. Proper diagnosis to differentiate is very much necessary before treatment. Hence confirm with second opinion as well
