I have several white tooth fillings and one of them is a deep cavity. Will I have to get it extracted  eventually? Does cavity gets bigger everytime tooth is treated? Do all cavities need RCT or extraction eventually?

It's better to avoid extraction. Extraction is done in case of tooth which cannot be saved. RCT is done to save a tooth which is dying or dead.
