Is 100 temperature considered fever when measured orally? No other symptoms . Measured the temperature because I felt a little cold sometime back but now it's completely fine

Hi., I can understand your concern. Yes temperature above 98, is considered as fever.
Next Steps
you can take tab dolo 650, 2 times a day after food for 3 days and tab montek lc once at night after food for one week.
Health Tips
plan for CBC with ESR, widal test for better understanding if issue persist more than two days.
