Some say below 120/80. I mean Every person and their body is different then how can everyone have bp around 120/80. Can 10-15mg more or less make any difference? I mean we are not robots right so that every time our bp should be 120/80. And some says 100-140/60-90 is also normal. So what is correct And which readings need medication. Suppose if a person all heart test are normal (ecg, 2d echo, tmt,
lipid) and has fluctuating bp (115-150/70-90) due to anxiety then how long can he try with diet modification or exercise before going for medication. And can anxiety bp Fluctuation really need medication? Also thought about taking ambp but anxiety about bp phobia is there so it might not help much and may lead to false hypertension diagnosis. Plz advice what to do.
