Hello doctor im having these red boils in my back from the last 2 days .and only symptom is itching so kindly help meto identify this problem .

It cud be fungal infection . Do take bath regularly,washed clothes, separate clothes. Do not touch other area after touching it. Use coconut oil. If above all not helping then do consult online dermatologist
