I would like to know what is autoimmune disease/disorder and what is immune defficency. Are they similar or they are diffrent. Does both of them indicate HIV Status

Auto immune disorders are due to hyper.immunity Immune deficiency is due to deficiency of immunity HIV  IS AN immunodeficiency state due to virus infection
