I had to get routine chest xray done for job requirement I had no problem what so ever and now this is said in my reports, is it something serious. I am not a smoker

There is Rt hilar enlargement. May be due to rotation of the xray,or some enlargement of mediastinal glandsAdvised to consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
