I am getting wet cough from last 6 days . I used tablets slowly cough decreased. But getting wet cough early morning with small amount of blood. I am so worried, suggest me what to do.

As per your description you might have allergic rhinitis.. rhinosinusitis need to be ruled out.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
