I have two problems, 1) the skin of my penis is half sealed and i only have a hole to pee. 2) After ejaculation i noticed some white powder type structure i first thought that it is just salt later i observed that the white powder like structure is appearing only after ejaculate it's structure is like while glue dried it will become rubber like structure. so I'm worrying about that
