Go for complete work up if operable go for surgery if not then go for RT CT depends on further investigation

From the report, he has well differentiated squamous carcinoma of RMT . This is the region behind the molar tooth. Further assessment like oral examination and imaging like Ct or mri will ascertain the stage. Based on which the treatment will be planned . Operable disease will need surgery followed by adjuvant treatment based on the pathology report. (May need RT plus or - chemo). Inoperable disease will need radical chemoRT.
