I want to know today when I feel floor of mouth with tongue I found a bone assume try there ,went to dentist he say he couldn't find anything .

I think get it examined once more if you are really feeling an overgrowth otherwise I think if he examined it and couldn’t find anything then I guess it’s normal don’t worry too much :)
