Weight gain alone is not a matter of concern if the baby is gaining weight adequately Weight gain will also depend upon what your current weight is You need to concentrate more on a protein rich diet

No need to worry if the overall weight gain is normal

As long as the baby is active and healthy in ultrasound, weight gain is not that relevant. We aim for only 9-11 kg weight gain in a healthy pregnancy. 1 kg in 1st trimester, 5 kg each in 2nd and 3rd trimester.
Next Steps
check weight again after 15 days. if you have concerns about baby's growth get a scan done. include high protein diet.
