I understand your feeling,
This is the one of the commonest type of fat deposition in Indians. No need to worry.
All you need to do is to go to Gym and start doing the cardio equipments under trainer guidance.
The diet would be
Corn or milk with 2 eggs, corne flakes with milk, Brown bread sandwiched with slices of.eggs with pepper.
For lunch have 3 routes with less added oil curry
For evening have snacks which are home made.
For.dinner van have fruit bowl, any fruit but nothing else.
