Hi , my weight is 91 kg my height is 5 feet 11 inches i have decided that i will lose my weight and i m doing exercises at home on alternate days . i would like to know that i have a habit of eating whole eggs i do not like to eaw white part of it and when i workout after that i take 3-4 whole eggs at time . so wanted to know in weight management will it be okay or not to have whole eggs .
