Weight loss solution

Hello! Im 21, 6'1 feet tall, 110 kilos, always been on the heftier side. Have a saggy torso, my stomach is about 44 inches wide and is very soft and hangs about 3 inches, i will be starting a protein only diet diet with weight exercises and cardio, will I have loose skin and hang after I drop about 30 kilos?

Hi - you v some long time malpractice on your health even though u v good height. write me on personal chat so that can help u by balanced diet as well some exercises can be done easily at home. also walking 2 kms, in early morning, yoga poses ll help u.
