Hi, Supplement are okay but not good for long period of time. We never suggest these supplement.
See, Increase in weight can be because of many reason:
1. PCOD
2. Endocrine disturbance (

Diabetes)

4. Low metabolism rate
5. Stress
6. Effect of medication

vitamin deficiencies
