I want to loose weight as soon as possible, but the main problem with me is I have a very bad work schedule. So I don't get time to go to gym or exercise. So please suggest me ways to loose weight at home fast. And especially I want to reduce my tummy fat. Rather its the tummy fat which I want to reduce fast and first.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
