Increase in weight can be because of many reason:

2. Endocrine disturbance (

4. Low metabolism rate

6. Effect of medication

vitamin deficiencies.
So don't thing that diet doesnot work for you. It will definitely work but first we have to find the cause and accordingly we will plan it for you. It's a slow process with long lasting effect.
