I have tried all possible exercises and diets recommended for weight loss but in vain. I am ready for the best allopathic approach. Please guide.

Hello, Increase in weight can be because of many reason: 1. PCOD 2. Endocrine disturbance ( thyroid/ Diabetes) 3. Psychological problem 4. Low metabolism rate 5. Stress 6. Effect of medication 7. vitamin deficiencies. So don't thing that diet doesnot work for you. It will definitely work but first we have to find the cause and accordingly we will plan it for you. It's a slow process with long lasting effect. There is an old Ayurvedic proverb "When diet is wrong, medicine is of no use. If diet is correct , medicine is of no need".
