My father having esr of 110 which disease may be he has he is also a kidney patient

There are many conditions that rise esr, we have to rule out chronic infections and also hematological disorders like myeloma, need additional information like - fever if any,  Age of your father, status of diabetes, if he is above 50 these things are needed his hemoglobin, serum creatinine, serum calcium and protein loss in urine, his alp, albumin/globulin ratio.
