3yrs back my weight was 103kg...at that time i started taking diets from a dietian... and in 7 months i lost 20 kgs... after that i got married and i continued to have diets... but my weight was increasing... then i thought of getting back to the normal life but it also didnt helped me... Now from past 4 months i m going to the gym regularly and also following the diet plan but i didint lost 1 kg... today my weight is 102 kg... Also my weight bounces back very fast...

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Take salads twice a day it will not bounce back .ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
