Weight issues or obesity

Hi, I'm Thanuja, a 20 year old medical student. I've been obese for more than two years. Ever since the last two years I've been weighing 100+kg and I don't consume more sugar comparatively than before, although I lack complete physical exercise. Lately I have had problems with supporting myself in doing stuff. I've had a sudden increase in weight twice throughout my lifetime once my periods started and secondly after I joined the medical College. I have never been diagnosed with high cholesterol or thyroid but I have been diagnosed with PCOD in the year 2020 and have taken the related medication thus regarding. The attached are a few parameters from my recent blood report.
