My sister is married for 10 years.. Husband lives in Saudi comes in year for months..she visited saidi last March for two months and return back in June..she has two kids one of 10 years and 3 years breast feeding... period are regular..but suddenly she is putting on weight...she had bells palsy in dammam i April recovered well use tab for 1 month...she is fine..no health issues now..but weight is increasing y

At 3 years affairs the baby needs to be weaned  off One of the pathological reasons for weight gain could be hypothyroidism You can get her thyroid levels checked If normal she needs to concentrate on mindful eating exercise and count her calories
