Ok u take Ksheerabala 101 cap one three times a day.for a month. Ashwagandha rasayana two tsf twice a day. Eat plenty of vegetables greengram sprouts,fruits.everyday. Milk milk products are good.Add brahmi power granules two tsf in a glass of milk and drink twice a day.
