Hi there, I am 33 years old male. Married. Need help and treatment for addiction to smoking and weight gain .

Hi I understand your concerns. You should seek dietitian as well a psychologist who can help you out. Although I can advice you that if you are mentally strong,self-motivated then you can reduce slowly your all addictions. Nobody can help you except you, yourself self-controlled. Regarding weight ,I am understanding whether you are nder or overw weight. write your problems all in details.
