I have weight gaining problem. I weigh about 44kg for last 7years. Iam 5'6" also suffering from hypertension which is controlled now. I want to ask do Nutrigain granules/capsules (or) Bgainer capsules help in weight gain without any side effects...as i have a lean body stature.
