Is there any powder which could be used to drink along with milk everyday which may help me in gaining some weight...which has less side affects...please help

Hi thanks for query. Talking about supplement you can take any good one.There is one Co.ABOTT nutrition ,u can go & find in their website. ENSURE HIGH PROTIEN POWDER costing min 1000/.40 gm two to three times daily..check if side effects or long term G.I disturbing then may be to stop .other these co.all  v good mnc products.
