Hi, what is your current height & age? If you have crossed 18 they are slim chances of height growth. For weight focus on eating energy rich foods like rice, potatoes, banana daily. Add ghee to rice or roti. Do not go overboard on deep fried and fatty foods. Have fruit milkshakes, almonds, dates regularly. Follow a good exercise pattern. Increase protein in your diet.
