Weight gain

I have gained about 15 kilograms since the last year. Which is also affecting my menstrual cycle due to hormonal imbalance. I have tried fat burning exercises but feel no difference. It's just leading to more depression and I end up eating more now (comfort food).

Hello there. Get your thyroid profile and USG for PCOD done. Consult a gynaecologist with reports for further help. Regards
