How many calories do i need to take every day for weight gain? I have consulted many but there is no improvement in weight gain.

The total calories required for an individual will depend on th, wt, age, sex of the person, kind of activity one performs. If u eat X No of calories and do Xplus calories burnt by exercise you will still not gain weight.

Gud evening it depends upon age height weight your activity level, u try do have 2000calories if u r doing heavy exercises for muscle mass as well as weight gain.
